Adam started Levin Consulting in 1988 and oversaw initial consulting projects helping national and regional retailers enter the PC category. A major part of the work in those days was educating vendors on the importance of the retail channel and nontraditional retailers. Adam has assisted computer hardware, peripheral, accessory, software, and service vendors, as well as telecommunications clients on the strategy necessary for profitable sell-through at retail today. The work has included development of terms and conditions, creation of sales coverage models, and determination of which accounts to target. Follow-up work has included the development of individual strategies for each major account, leveraging Adam’s knowledge and relationships with the major retailers in our industry. Today Adam primarily works with clients on setting overall strategy, from a channel and product perspective, covering the US, Canadian, European, and Asia/Pacific markets. He is a popular speaker at many industry events and seminars and serves on several executive boards for technology firms. With his team of highly experienced consultants, he drives vendor success in the consumer electronics channels throughout the world.

ADAM LEVIN
ED ANDERSON
Ed has over 30 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry in the US and Europe. He leads the strategy consulting side of the business, including developing and managing the online strategy practice. Ed also provides direction for the company’s international operations, including implementation of company strategy, development of and guidance on strategy for all client projects, and management of the day-to-day activities of Levin Consulting’s international business. He served as the Managing Director of Levin Consulting Europe for over a decade and has held senior project management and lead strategist roles on the full gamut of consulting projects in North America and Europe over the years. He has extensive retail and consulting experience working with vendors in the IT and CE industry on all aspects of their retail, brand, and product strategies, as well as long-standing retail relationships in the US and Europe.
BOB MARCANTONIO
Bob brings more than 30 years of executive marketing and sales experience from both the retail and corporate reseller/distributor channels to Levin Consulting. A major catalyst and VP of Sales & Marketing of a high-tech reseller/distributor he led the growth of the organization to revenues more than $250M and expansion into new markets. Expanding on his retail experience, Bob was General Manager for the Computer Superstore division of a large public leasing, services, and POS organization. Building the division from the ground up, revenues exceeded $235M and expanded into new markets and geographies. His experience from inside the industry’s largest retailers, manufacturers and distributors is the foundation for developing individualized, comprehensive strategies and solutions tailored to meet client objectives. Having a firm foundation in retail at an executive level, Bob has managed several of Levin’s largest clients and product launches.
CECILY URICH
Cecily has more than 30 years of marketing communication and creative design experience, in addition to tradeshow and event management. Utilizing creative thinking and solutions skills, she provides best results through online and print content creation, branding, lead generation, strategic planning, and event management both internally and for clients. Additionally, she provides clients with benchmarking best-in-class strategies and recommendations for ecommerce platforms such as Amazon. With her excellent communication, organization and project management skills, she provides the best solutions possible for both Levin Consulting and clients. In addition to her primary job functions, Cecily also assists with day-to-day operational management for Levin Consulting.
DENIS FLOCH
Denis has been managing European projects for Levin Consulting since 2002. He has extensive experience in European product launch strategy, channel development & management, building and representing brands in Europe, budgeting, POS strategy, field team recruitment & management, logistics, and tech support implementation. Prior to Levin Consulting, Denis worked in various marketing and operations positions with vendors such as 3Com, Dell, and Compaq. His native French and fluent Spanish is key to his work throughout Europe.
ERIC HOLDREN
Eric is a retail industry veteran with 35 years of experience. His retail management career began at JC Penney Company, where he started as a Store Merchandise Manager, then climbed the corporate ladder to headquarters as a Corporate Buyer. From JCPenney, Eric joined the ranks of Kohl’s Department Stores as a Corporate Buyer responsible for merchandise in all 250 stores. In addition, Eric held the position of Store Manager for Bed, Bath and Beyond for three years. Eric has also seen the other side of the retail through his work as an Account Manager with ActionLink. His key clients included Microsoft, Logitech, Konica-Minolta, Memorex, Kensington, and Best Software (Sage Software). Eric also served as a corporate liaison to such key retailers as Walmart, Target, Sam’s Club, Costco, Micro Center, Fry’s Electronics, OfficeMax and Staples.
MAT NAPCHEN
With his strong background in supply chain operations and sales, Mat assists Levin Consulting clients with worldwide channel sales, business development, market research and competitive analysis. Mat’s scope of work ranges from developing retail strategies for new and emerging brands, to implementing these strategies leveraging key relationships within the channel. Prior to Levin Consulting, Mat worked with a consumer electronics vendor where he managed US sales and marketing and created the reverse logistics infrastructure for the company. In addition to his strong experience in reverse logistics company for current and end-of-life CE products, he has experience in overseeing US sales and marketing, developing customer and supplier relationships. With his strong background in supply chain operations and sales, Mat assists Levin Consulting clients with US sales, business development, market research and competitive analysis.
BEN BECKER
Ben has worked in the consumer technology industry for more than 10 years. He assists clients in developing strategies for product launches, product merchandising, and channel management. His channel expertise includes implementing strategic plans for vendors launching in new markets or new geographies. As a part of the launch initiative, Ben identifies and manages the selection process of distribution partners, logistics and a host of third party providers to get the client launch off the ground. Additionally, puts his experience to work with channel pricing programs, competitive analysis, and minimizing channel conflict.
SERENE HOLSCLAW
Serene is a communications specialist with a diverse mix of experience in digital media marketing and consulting, and a background in design. She combines creative problem solving with practical application to provide effective marketing solutions to clients of Levin Consulting. Serene utilizes her skills through application of such strategies on Levin Consulting client projects, as well as her design capabilities when necessary.
